Billing details
Black Order Limits uses the Shopify Billing API to charge merchants. When you approve a plan, Shopify adds the subscription charge to your monthly Shopify invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin.
Free trial
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, no charge is applied.
Refunds
Subscription charges are handled by Shopify. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our billing policy for details.
